This is 2.5 – hour bike tour will start at the center of Florence. Our experienced guide will take you through the most popular Florence attractions. Along with this pleasant stroll,  you will stop at several locations to hear historical background about the city. You will hear interesting facts about Medici rulers and their home Palazzo Pitti. This will be an excellent opportunity to enjoy the fresh air and take beautiful photos. 

Your Florence bike tour continues while you pedal by other popular sights Palazzo Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio and breathtaking Arno river. Afterward, you will enter the Academy Florence with a fast-track priority entrance ticket and meet the original masterpiece that has become the symbol of Renaissance splendor – the Michelangelo's' David. This marble sculpture was created between 1501 and 1504. It represents the Biblical hero David. Statue of David in Florence was first placed outside the Palazzo Vecchio in the Piazza della Signoria, but later it was moved to this Florence museum - Galleria dell Accademia. The Gallery houses other masterpieces (paintings and sculpture) from the Middle Ages to Renaissance. 

This Florence bike tour will continue to the Oltrarno District where you will stop to taste the Italian gelato. There is no need to take pictures while you paddle because there will be many stops for photo shooting before this tour finishes. • The itinerary is flat and not challenging but please note that a normal biking skill is required.
• Please note we do not visit the inside of monuments and museums.
• Please let us know in advance any special need or impaired mobility of the clients and we will do our best to accommodate them.
• Big bags and liquid bottles will not be allowed inside the museums.
• Even with the skip-the-line entrance, there is still a compulsory security check which may cause some delays in entering the museum.
